One address reaches the small team that builds and runs Everything Capital. It is a real inbox that a person reads, not a form that disappears.
The fastest way to get an answer
Email luke@everythingcapital.com. Everything below goes to the same place, so pick the line that matches what you need and put the suggested word in the subject. Clear subject lines are how a support question avoids sitting behind a press enquiry for three days.
Product support
Something in the app is not working: a linked account that will not sync, a figure that looks wrong, a page that will not load, or a question about how a feature is meant to behave.
Include the email address on your account, the page you were on, and what you expected to see. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph of description.
luke@everythingcapital.com — subject line “Support”. You will normally hear back within two business days.
Privacy and data requests
Anything about your data: a copy of what is stored, correction of something inaccurate, disconnect and deletion of linked accounts, or a question about the Privacy Policy. Account deletion can also be started directly from the account deletion page without emailing anyone.
Write from the address on the account so the request can be matched to it, and say what you want done.
luke@everythingcapital.com — subject line “Privacy”. Data requests are answered within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Advertising and partnerships
Advertising on the public pages, sponsorship questions, press, or anything about working together. We do not sell placements inside articles or accept payment for a recommendation, so a proposal that asks for one will be declined.
Say who you are, what you are proposing, and the timeline you have in mind.
luke@everythingcapital.com — subject line “Partnerships”. Partnership enquiries are answered within about a week.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot give financial, tax, or legal advice, and we will not tell you whether to buy or sell a particular investment. We also cannot place trades, move money, or act on your accounts — Everything Capital has read-only access to linked accounts and no ability to transact. If you need advice about your situation, the disclaimer explains where to look instead.
